As the son of a single mother, I've learned a very important lesson in life. Work hard. It's that simple. Work hard and follow your dreams.
I started working my first job at the age of 15 and became a family man at the age of 18. In 1990, I joined the military and served in the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force and I am a U.S. Army combat veteran, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2006-2007). Currently, I am an independent owner operator in the trucking industry.
I have seen first hand how working class America keeps losing ground in the fight for basic life essentials. We are working more and more for less pay and benefits at the behest of big companies with CEOs that are making millions. This has to stop. WE are the people and WE matter. WE need a government that stands up for the working Man.
