Stephanie was born and raised in Oklahoma. It is her home, but she is concerned about the direction our state is currently going. We need representation who will listen to our needs and have fresh ideas for our state. We need to move forward. She can and will make that happen for us! Stephanie is not corporate owned, but instead she will be a voice for all of the people of District 28.

Stephanie and her husband, Glenn, have four children, Emily, Katie, Nolan, and LaDena, and two grandchildren, Caroline and Dontae. She has been a devoted educator for over 20 years, and she currently teaches in McLoud. Stephanie has given her time, talent and love to the children of Oklahoma to help make it a better place for them to grow. Her goal is to take this leadership experience and love for her home state to the Capitol and make a difference for all Oklahomans.

Oklahoma needs help. Our economy is suffering. Stephanie has new, innovative funding ideas, as well as, a desire to thoroughly review and change current spending practices in our state. Education cuts, teacher shortages, and unfunded educational mandates have put Oklahoma children at an extreme disadvantage. They deserve better. We all deserve better! We also need to support our small farms and businesses in Oklahoma. They are our backbone. Stephanie Sanders will put Oklahomans first. She is not a party. She is a person who wants to represent YOU.

As a dedicated educator, Stephanie attends various school and community functions. She has also coached multiple sports, was a youth group leader, as well as, a Girl Scout leader. She has presented to peer groups regarding social and educational concerns. She also volunteers to assist those affected by Oklahoma disasters. Stephanie is an active member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic church in Chandler.
