Friends, hi, Gaylon Kent here. Thank you for stopping by.
I am a candidate for the Libertarian Party's nomination for Congress from Colorado's 3rd District in 2018. Your contribution will help pay for expenses, such as advertising and travel, associated with this.
I believe the only issue right now is empowerment. We have a lousy government right now because we continue to tolerate it. When you and me - we the people - take charge at the ballot box and stop settling for the status quo, then we will have a government to be proud of.
I have a track record running for office. In 2014 I was the Colorado Libertarian Party's nominee for the United States Senate. We received 52,876 votes, then a record for third-party candidates in a Colorado US Senate election.
In 2016 I was their nominee for the United States House in District 3, receiving 5.1% of the vote. Considering both campaigns were run with very limited resources, these figures are pretty good.
Friends, the government we want is as close as Election Day, all we have to do is go and get it. I submit to you that there is no time like the present to do exactly that.
Please, contribute right now. Individuals may contribute a maximum of $2,700 through the June 26 primary, after which they can contribute another $2,700.

Friends, many thanks for your support. Being a small-party candidate is a tough go. Those who support you decry the influence of money in politics, as I do, but the fact remains there is no way to make a substantial impression without it.
So please, if you are on board with what we are trying to do here, contribute as much as you can reasonably afford. Your money will, at first, go toward online advertising and as we take in more we can branch out to other media as well.
We are not going to have the government we deserve until we demand it at the ballot box. So let's send a message this Election Day that Colorado's 3rd District is demanding better.
I'll lead the charge, so let's go.
