Change starts at home, and at the lowest levels of government. We need a Quorum Court that truly represents the diverse background of Faulkner County and Justices who are willing to reach across the aisle to bring positive change to our community. We need representatives who are not beholden to a political party that impacts their ability to govern and stifles the growth of our county.

I am running a grass roots, people powered campaign, centered on the amazing folks who call Faulkner County and District 13 home. We won't always agree on issues but you will always know where I stand on key issues that impact our community. Bringing responsible and transparent leadership to the Quorum Court is long past due.

Faulkner County is an amazing place to call home. We have a bright future ahead of us and it's time to bring change to county government. Change starts at home and can have ripple effects for the entire state.

So, let’s get to work.

“I typically vote republican; however, I believe that Michael Wendel is the right person for the job. There are so many families in the state of Arkansas that need a voice. I genuinely believe in Michael.”

Another great endorsement!

Our campaign has names to the Progressive Champions list by the Progressive Change Campaign Committee. I am thrilled to have the support of such a forward thinking group that has supported so many other amazing candidates through the years. The campaign is just beginning but with the support of great people and great organizations such as the PCCC and Run for Something we can and will win this November.

Fundraising for the month coming to a close

First of all thank you to the amazing people who have donated to our campaign so far. It is amazing to have the support of so many individuals who believe in bringing a progressive voice to the Arkansas Legislature. We are still about 2,400 away from our goal of hitting our filing fee but I have faith we can do it in the next few weeks. Please continue to share and ask your friends and colleagues to invest in our campaign as we move forward. I need your support more than ever to make sure our message isn't silenced.

Thank you again!

Just raised our first $50 dollars!

$50 dollars may not sound like a lot of money but when you are running a grassroots campaign it means everything. I want to thank the people who have already stepped up to support the campaign. This is just the beginning but progressive ideas in Arkansas have a bright future!
