This campaign is closed and is not collecting donations.
I MARY ANN KOSIAK, when elected 10th district commissioner WILL LOWER YOUR TAXES , by selling a portion of the real estate the county owns. I AM NOT A POLITICIAN and as a result I can accomplish this because I do not owe security companies that monitor these vacant buildings campaign donations.
I will also LOWER YOUR CONDO ASSESSMENTS by passing a Cook County ordinance protecting Condo Owners like ones enacted in other states. You can live 20 minutes from Manhattan New York and pay 250 dollars per month with the equivalent costing $1000 a month in Cook County.
We also need to enact a County ordinance protecting condo owners from eviction. We are the only state that has this unconstitutional statute that allows the eviction of owners. Condo Boards and management companies fabricate rule violations oftentimes against SENIORS in order to grab their property.
I AM NOT THE INCUMBANT but I have already HELPED THE NEIGHBORHOOD, VETERANS AND FIREFIGHTERS BY REDUCING NOISE. After extensive effort Waste Management is no longer producing noise at 6a.m. and I have reduced the ZOOLIGHTS amplified sound by 90% by a class action letter( I am also a Chicago personal injury attorney for over 25 years)
It is also important to avoid injury by BLOCKING AGE AND BIRTH DATES. This ordinance would help stop scams against seniors and increase INTERNET SECURITY,
WHEN ELECTED I WILL WORK A 50 HOUR WEEK FOR COOK COUNTY(An experienced personal injury attorney can settle many cases in 10 hours) UNLIKE MY OPPONENT BRIDGET GAINER WHO ABC NEWS AND THE SUNTIMES said she has a 32% absentee rate, THE WORST OF ALL THE COMMISSIONERS. SHE TOLD TCW MAGAZINE SHE WORKS 30 HOURS A WEEK FOR AON.
VOTE FOR MARY ANN KOSIAK for 10th DISTRICT COMMISSIONER on
MARCH 20,2018. EARLY VOTING MAY START FEB. 21.
