In August 2017, hundreds of white supremacists and neo-Nazis led by Richard Spencer and Chris Cantwell invaded Charlottesville, Virginia with torches and weapons. They assaulted peaceful protesters. Heather Heyer was killed and many others were injured.

Now, we're fighting back -- in court.

Integrity First for America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is funding a lawsuit against 25 neo-Nazis and white supremacists who planned and committed the violence in Charlottesville.

But we need your help.

A federal district court judge has denied the defendants' motions to dismiss—which means that we are going to trial. Preparing for a trial of this size is neither easy nor cheap. Our 10 plaintiffs—3 of whom were hit by James Alex Fields when he drove his car into a crowd of protestors—are counting on us for justice. With hate crimes on the rise, this suit can send a clear message: racially-motivated violence has no place in our country.

Your donation will help pay for security, evidence collection, and other critical legal needs to keep these brave plaintiffs safe and win the case.
