In August 2017, hundreds of white supremacists and neo-Nazis led by Richard Spencer and Chris Cantwell invaded Charlottesville, Virginia with torches and weapons. They assaulted peaceful protesters. One of them killed Heather Heyer.

Now, we're fighting back. But rather than fighting in the street, we're fighting in court.

Integrity First for America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is funding a lawsuit against 25 leaders of the alt-Right, neo-Nazi, and white supremacist movements, who planned and committed the violence in Charlottesville.

But we need your help.

Just recently, a federal district court judge denied the defendants' motions to dismiss—that means we are going to trial. Preparing for a trial of this size is neither easy nor cheap. Our 10 plaintiffs—3 of whom were hit by James Alex Fields when he drove his car into a crowd of protestors—are counting on us for justice. With anti-Semitic incidents and hate crimes on the rise, all Americans who believe that racialized violence motivated by hate has no place in our country, are counting on us.

Your donation will help pay for security, court costs, lawyers, and other experts to keep these brave plaintiffs safe and win the case.
