If elected to the Woodford County Board, Cate would use her research and grant writing skills to find opportunities for federal funding to improve infrastructure around the county. As a manager of large and complex budgets at a public college, Cate has extensive experience with providing outstanding services within resource constraints. When elected, Cate will advocate for the whole county as a great place to live and do business through economic development efforts.
