Emily Leslie is running for Georgia State House, District 106 to fight for public school funding, teachers getting paid what they deserve, transit expansion, and health coverage for every Georgian.
Emily is a hard-working mom of two boys, Milo (age 3) and Ira (age 13). She has been an advocate for those without a voice, all her life. She is a chair of her 13 year old son's School Council. She's been a Cub Scout leader, and a psychiatric peer counselor.
For 8 years now, she's had to watch the same guy get elected over and over again, sometimes running unopposed. No choice has been available in the election for the Georgia House of Representatives, and she wants to represent that choice.
The fundraising effort here is to cover out of pocket costs to create and produce a campaign video for Emily Leslie with volunteers from #Womenforthewin. Producers, Directors, Editors, Camera Operator, and Audio Mixers are all volunteering their time and efforts. No one is getting paid. The funds will help cover costs such as gas, parking, meals for crew and other incidentals. Monitored for #Womenforthewin by Tolley Casparis.
