More than 100,000 votes are “missing” from the 2018 Georgia election for Lt. Governor: Help Coalition for Good Governance Discover What Happened

The 2018 elections in Georgia demonstrated the state’s electronic voting systems are a danger to democracy that cannot be remedied by an audit or a recount. Coalition for Good Governance is suing Georgia election officials to prove these faulty, unreliable machines made it impossible to determine the outcome in the 2018 Georgia election for Lt. Governor, in which data experts have determined more than 100,000 votes may have been affected.

Coalition for Good Governance looks forward to exposing the vulnerabilities and irregularities in court in a way that will force the 13 states still using paperless electronic voting machines to recognize that the National Academy of Sciences, DHS, and other experts’ warnings are not hypothetical scenarios. The dangers proved very real in November in Georgia’s high-profile election. Citizens must demand evidence-based elections, and it seems that the courts are the only viable route in some states. The discovery process in litigation should provide the Coalition with the opportunity to expose the tangible evidence that electronic machines are indeed defective, can make election outcomes indeterminable, and must be abandoned by all jurisdictions across the nation.

Your contribution today will directly support the legal expenses incurred by Coalition for Good Governance, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization (501(c)(3)) focused on election security and transparency.

“The ballot box is the foundation of any democracy. It’s not too grand to say that if there’s a failure in the ballot box, then democracy fails. If people don’t have confidence in the outcome of an election, then it becomes difficult to accept the policies and actions that pour forth from it. And in the US, it’s safe to say, that the ballot box has failed many times, as it did here in Georgia. Voters have a constitutional right not only to cast a vote but to have it counted as intended. The courts provide a critical means for protecting such rights when states refuse to do so. This is a significant opportunity to support change that goes to the heart of strengthening our democracy. This is not a partisan issue.”

Check out the graphs showing the bizarre anomalies

Lt. Gov. candidate Sarah Riggs Amico posted data scientists' analysis of the undervotes and drop-off rates. So far, no one has offered any rational explanation for the massive undervotes.

If you have a potential rational explanation, please let us know!

We want to access the data and have our experts undertake forensic examination on the electronic voting machines. The only way we can do this is with the funding to obtain this discovery through a court order.  We need your help for that.  Thanks for your support and encouragement.

Judge issues order that state must preserve electronic evidence

On Friday, Dec. 7, The Honorable Judge Adele Grubbs ordered Georgia officials to preserve the electronic evidence on the voting machines used in the recent elections. There are a number of machines we want our forensics experts to examine because of the anomalous Lt. Governor results and other clearly erroneous machine-reported data.

The order was particularly good news to us after fighting for months in other cases for preservation, only to watch Georgia officials overwrite, alter and destroy such evidence.

The forensic evidence in this case is expected to prove exceptionally valuable in providing GA lawmakers and US Congress information on the election security failures possible in such systems, ---which 25% of Americans still vote on today.

Thank you for making this nationally important lawsuit possible!
