I am running for city council of Choctaw because in order to chart a path to a brighter future, we need new leadership that can bring new ideas to our city. Choctaw is proud to be the oldest chartered town in Oklahoma, but we lack any sort of identity outside of that. If Oklahoma is a flyover state, then Choctaw is a drive-thru town. I hope to change that. I want to bring new opportunities to our city without using corporate handouts. I want our city services to do the jobs we hired them to do. I want to make sure that if tax dollars are being spent for public use, that those services are available to everyone.
Though I want to see a thriving little city where I can raise my son in a safe environment and he can go to a great school that will prepare him for life, I also don't want to lose the small town charm that attracted me and my family to Choctaw. With your generous donation we can make this happen. If you share my vision of a better Choctaw, I would appreciate your vote on April 2nd. Let's make Choctaw better, brighter, and golden!
