We have some big news to announce in January, and we wanted our supporters — including YOU — to be the very first to know:
We are all in on launching our next bid for Congress in 2022. We plan on formally announcing in January.
The holidays can be a slow time in politics after the November election, and we want to hit the ground running in the New Year. So, we’re getting a head start now, and we need your help:

Your pledges will help us staff up, raise the money we need to win this race against any corporate-backed candidate the establishment wants to throw our way, and organize the district to continue our fight for the people.
Biden’s election was a mixed bag for a lot of folks. We’re all glad Trump is defeated, but Biden has already started packing his administration with special interests that are sure to stack the deck against working people in this country. With all the moving pieces in Biden’s transition, we’re starting the work now because we see an opening to hop in the race as soon as possible, unite support on the left, use our platform to hold Biden accountable, and continue to build the progressive movement in Northwest Washington, and across the country.
We’re proud of having run a strong, people-powered campaign for Congress in 2020. But we launched late in 2019 and had just a few short months before the pandemic caught everyone off guard. It wasn’t enough time to catch up and compete with Rick’s millions of special interest dollars. So that’s why we’re doing things differently — with the political change afoot, and by jumping into the race as early as possible, we’re laying the groundwork for a win. We don’t have any time to waste between now and November 2022. That’s why your support right now is so crucial to our success.
