Dear friends,
My name is Larry Mboga. I'm running for City Council because since I have been elected, there are so many things we have done for the Eau Claire Community; such as expanding our trail system within Parks & Rec and working to remove PFAS from our water so we can continue to drink clean water.
Safety for the Eau Claire community has and will continue to be my number one priority. I want our community members to be safe, whether they are at home, in the parks, shopping or participating in community events. I work with the Eau Claire Police Department closely to ensure the safety of the community.
One of the concerns I have heard and observed as a community member and city council member is the homeless population in Eau Claire. My goal is to collaborate with the city partners and non-profits to enhance supportive services, prevention strategies and community engagement. I believe, that when we come together and see the humanity in each other, that is how our community solves its biggest challenges and gives everyone a chance to succeed. If you believe the same, then I am asking for your support to become an Eau Claire City Councilmember on election day April 1st 2025.
