WHY I AM RUNNING!
We are engaged in an all out war. A war that many of us, sadly, haven't a clue is being waged. Politics lies downstream from culture. What's silently accepted and mainstreamed culturally (no matter how whimsical, untrue or nonsensical) will inevitably finds its way down the marbled hallway of some ominous government building, behind the locked, heavy lacquered mahogany doors, and in the small brains of elitist, busy-bodied, liberal politicians, just chomping at the bit to legislate new law and enact new rules that thrust its unsuspecting citizenry into tyranny. As Americans we are finding ourselves increasingly beholden to young, upstart leaders who flirt with the teachings of Marx, believe man evolved from apes, and laugh and scoff at the idea of an omnipotent God. They not only insist (often under threats of violence or punishment) that others agree with them, but in most cases demand they outwardly celebrate and subsume such fantastical nonsense as a man transforming himself into a woman by simple incantation, that bovine flatulence is destroying the planet, that Socialism is a viable economic theory, and slaughtering babies at the alter of convenience is a noble and virtuous pursuit. The Democrats have found such an upstart leader who (if allowed to take the helm) would seek to regulate our thriving coal industry into invisibility thru his climate change hysteria and imprison our children in leftist common-core education. Sadly our current Governor hasn't the energy, willpower or the core intestinal fortitude to battle against this Marxist threat to our state. He has suckled at the teet of government way too long and has been weened on the feckless “reaching across the aisle” surrender tactics that have gotten us to this point. Its charlatan Republicans like him that are as much to blame as any leftist. We are at a dangerous impasse as a state and we need to act fast.
