Andrew John was born in 1980, in St.Croix. He attended Claude O Marko Elementary School, Arther Richards middle school, and graduated from St. Croix Educational Complex. He went on to graduate boot camp E3 and later in command in his unit as Engineman and electrical division. His tour included Japan, Okinawa, Seoul, Inchon ( South Korea), Sipan, Guam, Hawaii, and Maui. After the completion of the U.S. Navy, he started a record label, SowReap Ent, based in Brooklyn NY. He mentored the youth of the community and educate them on the business of music. John has been an Ascap member since 2004. SowReap Entertainment hosted the first Father's family Fun day on Cane bay beach in 2019. The event promotes the celebration of fathers and their families, encouraging quality time, in a safe environment, providing free entertainment and food. The mission of this event is to reunite fathers with their families. In 2016, John became the owner of Brooklyn VI Barbershop and Boutique, and Johns Jerk Chicken in 2019, a family-owned business. John is actively mentoring on St. Croix with his wife of 17 years, through her program, Candy's Girlz. John is currently a volunteer for the V.I. Care initiative, a local clean up crew with a mission of maintaining the trash and debris on the beaches and public locations.
