After 10 years of practicing law, serving as a JAG officer in the United States Air Force, and becoming a mother, the definition of civic responsibility really resonates with me. Civic Responsibility is the active participation in the public life of a community in an informed, committed, and constructive manner, with a focus on the common good. I’ve decided to run for Bentonville City Council so I can continue to serve others. I believe that our city council should be diverse and represent the interests of all people while maintaining transparency and always being held accountable.
