*Public Servant--Advocate--Leader*

I am running for Maplewood Mayor because I believe in the potential of our city. So many of us have been successful in raising our families here, and I believe that every family should have the opportunity to be successful, happy, and welcome in Maplewood. There is nothing more empowering and transformative than the feeling that you and your family belong to a community like the one we have here.

In my opinion, one of the most important roles of the Mayor of Maplewood is to set the tone and vision for what type of community we will be. I envision a Maplewood that is affordable for growing families and for seniors looking to age in place. I envision a Maplewood that is safe for all who live here and all who come to visit. I envision a Maplewood that takes seriously and is accountable to the concerns of its residents.

As a former Assistant Public Defender, Legal Aid attorney, and attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor, I have worked as an advocate for the most vulnerable. My love for our community brought me to work in public service as a Maplewood Richmond Heights School Board Director. My experience as a servant to our community has made me a leader in advocacy for inclusion, transparency, and sustainability for all.

Now, I want to use these experiences to work for you as your next mayor.

Please join me in this work. I would be honored to serve Maplewood as mayor, and grateful for any help you can contribute to our campaign.  Your contribution will go directly towards efforts to contact our neighbors and start conversations about the future of our city.
