By clicking the Sinema Must Go button above, you agree to have your pledge to the “Either Sinema Votes to End the Filibuster or we Fund a Primary Challenger” Crowdpac, converted to a donation. Last month, when the U.S. Senate considered filibuster reform, Kyrsten Sinema voted against a revision of the Senate filibuster to allow the Senate to consider Voting Rights legislation. When your pledge converts to a donation, that donation will be a conditional earmarked contribution within the meaning of FEC Advisory Opinion 2019-01 (the “Earmarked Contribution”) to the Democracy Engine Inc. PAC (the “PAC”). 60% of the Earmarked Contribution shall be a conditional earmark subject to the following conditions: (a) on or before March 1, 2024, the “leadership committee” (as defined on the webpage linked below) of this effort posts an endorsement of a Democratic candidate for the US Senate in the 2024 election in Arizona registered with the FEC for that election (the “Endorsed Candidate”) in an update to this web page: https://www.crowdpac.com/campaigns/404047/either-sinema-votes-to-end-the-filibuster-or-we-fund-a-primary-challenger/updates/3848; (b) once that endorsement is published, the PAC will have 10 days to forward this portion of the  Earmarked Contribution to the principal campaign committee of the Endorsed Candidate. 40% of the Earmarked Contribution shall be a conditional earmark subject to the following conditions (a) on or before March 1, 2024, the “leadership committee” of this effort posts a list of organizations--legally eligible to receive funds earmarked through a federal PAC--to receive this portion of the Earmarked Contribution (collectively the “Designated Organizations”): https://www.crowdpac.com/campaigns/404047/either-sinema-votes-to-end-the-filibuster-or-we-fund-a-primary-challenger/updates/3848; (b) once that list is published, the PAC will have 10 days to forward an equal share of this portion of the Earmarked Contribution to each listed organization. In the event that there is no Endorsed Candidate by March 1, 2024, 60% of the Earmarked Contribution will be forwarded to the Arizona Donor Alliance.  In the event there are no Designated Organizations by March 1, 2024, 40% of the Earmarked Contribution will be forwarded to the Arizona Donor Alliance. The Earmarked Contribution will be charged by Democracy Engine Inc. PAC. Please note, if you have pledged to more than one recipient, your pledges might not be processed at the same time.
